Offshore Express offers a turnkey service package that lets our clients benefit from zero taxation in the UAE both for the company and for its owners / directors. The package includes:

  • A UAE Free Zone company
  • A premium bank account in the United Arab Emirates
  • A residence permit (investor visa)
  • Tax residency in the UAE
  • A UAE identity card

Setting up a Free Zone company in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah

This type of company allows foreign entrepreneurs to own all of the company's shares on their own. The UAE guarantees a zero tax rate for the next 50 years, which will remain in force even if the UAE introduces corporate taxes during that time.

A Free Zone company can work with all Free Zone companies in the UAE, or even with the local (UAE) market through an agent. In addition, on the basis of the company set up in the UAE, the shareholder / director can obtain an investor visa and a residence permit.

To start the registration process, the following documents are required:

  • A copy of the passport
  • A bank reference letter
  • Proof of address (a utility bill, a bank statement)
  • A scan of the latest UAE entry stamp (within the last 3-6 months)

To start the process, the client must visit the Emirates. During the stay, the documents for setting up the company are submitted and a meeting is held with a bank representative to open the account.

Time required to register the company: 2 — 4 weeks.

Opening an account in Dubai

We arrange the opening of an account with one of the leading commercial banks in the Emirates. A personal visit during your stay is required.

In addition to first-class banks in Dubai, we are a suitable representative of several banks in Liechtenstein, Latvia, Cyprus, Mauritius, Monaco, the Cayman Islands, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Antigua, Cyprus, Andorra and Switzerland, as well as other countries.

In the UAE, our partners provide top-class banking services, including current accounts (USD, EUR, GBP), deposit accounts, brokerage services, debit / credit cards, wealth planning and even trade finance.

Investor visa

Once the company is registered, its shareholder / director can apply for a UAE investor visa (residence permit) for three years (renewable).

UAE residency gives access to an international “business hub” for the Middle East and North Africa and makes it possible to apply for additional visas (partner visa, family visa, etc.). Personal presence in the UAE is required for about 10 working days.

The only requirement to keep resident status in the Emirates is to enter the UAE every 180 days.

Emirates ID card

Once the investor visa is issued, you can apply for an Emirates ID card. The required formalities call for personal presence in the Emirates for 6 — 8 days.

The ID card will have the same validity period as the investor visa: 3 — 5 years. The Emirates ID card can be collected by GWS and sent to you by registered mail.
